These terms govern purchases made on the Saint-Pierre Le Vignoble website. By placing an online order, you agree to these terms.
2. Legal Drinking Age
The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly reserved for individuals of legal drinking age in Quebec (18 years or older).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Valid photo identification may be required upon pickup. Saint-Pierre Le Vignoble reserves right to refuse to refuse to release an order if adequate proof of age is not provided.
3. Nature of Online Purchases
Purchases made on our website constitute a reservation with payment for products available at the vineyard. No delivery service is offered.
4. Order Pickup
Orders must be picked up in person at:

Pickup Conditions
* Orders must be picked up during business hours
* Proof of purchase (confirmation email or order number) may be required
Pickup by the Purchaser
The purchaser may be required to present a valid photo identification.
Pickup by a Third Party
An order may be picked up by someone other than the purchaser, provided that:
* The person must be 18 years of age or older
* They present valid photo identification
* They can provide the name associated with the order and proof of purchase
Refusal to Release
Saint-Pierre Le Vignoble reserves the right to refuse to release an order in the following situations:
* Lack of valid proof of age
* Inability to confirm order details
* Reasonable doubt regarding the legitimacy of the person collectinf the order
5. Product Availability
All products are réserve availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed:

6. Prices and Payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Squarespace and its payment partners.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products (alcohol), all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted, except in the following cases:
* Defective product
* Error on our part
In such cases, you must contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order.
8. Errors and Inaccuracies
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Saint-Pierre Le Vignoble shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the website or inability to access it.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec.
