With Réserve, we also work with the Marquette and Petite Perle grape varieties. Unlike Soleil Couchant, here we aim for a more assertive structure, achieved through slightly extended maceration and more intensive extraction.

Part of the cuvée is then aged in French oak barrels of varying ages for about 10 months. The goal is to add a delicate woody touch that supports the fruit rather than overpowering it, while enhancing it's complexity.
